Shipping policy
Shipment Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-2 Business Days.
- All orders are shipped Monday-Friday.
- Once the order is processed and shipped, you will immediately receive an email with the tracking information to the email address provided at checkout.
- Domestic Orders, including APO/FPO: We do not ship on any holidays observed by the United States Post Office.
- International Orders: Once you have chosen a delivery carrier, we ship on all days they are open.
The United States of America - Including APO/FPO addresses
- Orders over $55.00 pre-tax ship free.
- All orders ship USPS First Class Package: 4-6 business days based on USPS estimated processing times.
- Shipping charges for orders under $55.00 pre-tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout based upon your address.
- Rates include all 50 states, the District of Columbia, and APO/FPO addresses.
- Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification with all shipment and tracking information to the email address you provided at checkout.
- If you feel you did not receive the email, please be sure to check any spam or junk folders before reaching out to us. This is an automatic system we have set up in order to send you the tracking information as quickly as possible.
International Shipping
- Unfortunately, we have no way of calculating any customs fees, taxes, or charges that may apply to your order. Tread Beauty is not responsible for those charges.
- All shipping options, calculations, and estimated times are displayed in the shipping section of your order prior to the order being submitted. You will be able to choose which shipping option you prefer best.
- Time in transit does NOT include any time it takes for Customs to release the order.
- Shipment confirmation and order tracking
- Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification with all shipment and tracking information to the email you provided during checkout.

Damages and Returns
- All sales are final. Due to the nature of false lashes and false lash products being used on the eyes, for sanitary reasons, we do not and can not accept returns or exchanges. To be fair to everyone, we are firm on this policy and no exceptions will be made. We appreciate your understanding.
- In the unlikely event you receive damaged goods, please reach out to us at support@treadbeauty.com immediately. We ask you to provide the following information: your name, order number, and a photo of the damaged product. If the product is deemed damaged and/or defective by treadbeauty.com, we will happily send you a replacement item of the same style as soon as possible. Please note, in order to receive a replacement, you must send us the required information within 20 days of product receipt. To keep things fair for everyone, we are firm on this policy.
- Subscriptions: All subscriptions require a minimum of 2 purchases before being able to opt out of the subscription.
