Shipping and Returns Policy
Shipment Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-2 Business Days.
- All orders are shipped Monday - Friday.
- Once the order is processed and shipped, you will immediately receive an email with the tracking information. This is sent to the email you input at checkout.
- Domestic Orders - including APO/FPO: We do not ship on any holidays observed by the United States Post Office.
- International Orders: Once you have chosen a delivery carrier, we ship on all days the carrier is open.
United States of America - Including APO/FPO addresses
- Orders over $48.00 pre tax ship free.
- All orders ship USPS First Class Package: 3-5 Business Days
- Shipping charges for orders under $48.00 pre tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout based upon your address.
- rates include all 50 states, the District of Columbia, and APO/FPO addresses

International Shipping
- All shipping options, calculations, and estimated times are displayed in the shipping section of your order prior to the order being submitted. You will be able to choose which shipping option you prefer best. Please see photo below for an example of what you will see prior to submitting your order.
- Time in transit does NOT include any time it takes for Customs to release the order.

Damages and Returns
- Due to the nature of lash products being worn on the eyes, for sanitary reasons we do not and can not accept returns or exchanges.
- In the unlikely event you receive damaged goods, please reach out to us at support@treadbeauty.com immediately. We are more than happy to help. We ask you provide the following information: your name, order number, and a photo of the damaged product. If the product is deemed damaged and/or defective by treadbeauty.com, we will happily send you a replacement item of the same style as soon as possible. Please note, in order to receive replacement pair, you must send us the required information within 20 days of product receipt. To keep things fair for everyone, we are firm on this policy.
